1. Overview
At Ntamapa.co.uk, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear return and exchange process. Please note that we currently only ship within the UK.
2. Returns
- Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items should be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Process:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] to request a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely package the item and include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Refunds:
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, less any applicable shipping costs.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once we receive the item.
3. Exchanges
- Eligibility:
- Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
- For size or colour exchanges, availability is subject to stock.
- Process:
- Follow the same procedure as returns by contacting customer service at salessupport@ntamapa.co.uk and obtaining an RMA number.
- Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will dispatch the replacement item.
- Note:
- If you wish to exchange for a different product, you may need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be marked as non-returnable (e.g., personalised items or final sale items). Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
